Maybe your Nom_Colonne has two or more values. If a field has more than one value and use it in a label the field wll display blank.

if you want to test this you can use this code:

= Concat(Nom_Colonne, ',') & chr(10) & chr(13) & concat(A, ',')

You can changed the alignment of labels in presentation tab:

Why not use:   &  '\n'  &

Won't that work in more Browsers.
