Sales vs Quota

Can somebody tell me, how do calculating the "Sales vs Quota"? I have no Idea... I can show that via a bar diagram... but I need figures...

I have sum(Sales) and sum(Quota) and now I don't know how use these both ....

Jenny the calculation you need is Sales - Quota i know this i recognise data from certification lol sales people assigned quota every quarter, minus sales per quarter from quota to find out if they met their target.

Thanks first! I did also the same things like u, but If you see my pic which I added here, there figures aren't the same ...  I did sales-quota and then I tried sales/quota....

What date period are you looking it, remember quota is per quarter sales is not, if you simply sum quota for one month you will get quota effectively 3 times, if you want quota less than a quarter try dividing by three
