Saving the Report to PDF gives error

Dear all,

I have generated a report in qlikview and want that report to save to pdf. i have installed Cute PDF software on my local machine and PDF exchange on the server machine. I was successfully able to expot the report to PDF then. But since last week when I am trying to export it is giving me ''Timeoutut has been exceeded" error. Please find the attached image of the error.

It meant that the print-process couldn't be started/finished in a certain time. Reason could be that qv needs to long to calculate the report-objects (amounts of data are increased or errors within the expressions/datamodel or certain selections are removed) or that the pdf-printer on the server don't worked (corrupt, blocked, waiting on any user-input, something else).

If you could exclude topics with the report-objects I would connect to ther server and look within the printer-properties if there is anything wrong and if I could print any other document with them (any txt- or pdf-file).
