Section Access based on AD

I am wondering if I use SA to control who sees what sheets (by using Conditional show on each sheet as described here: QlikView – Section Access and Document Authorization | resultdata), how it is it handled if a user is member of two AD groups, where  the first group is not allowed to view a sheet, but the second group is allowed to see the sheet. Will that user be able to see the sheet?

Yes, he will see the sheet.
