Select by macro

Hi,

in the attached document you will find an example based on two inline tables.

waht I would like to obtain is a selection driven by a field.

Table1 has Cod1, Value1 members as columns while Table2 has Cod2 and Value2.

I need to select Value2 by Value1 selection.

Can you help me?

Hi,

I would like this : when user select the value "D" for example from the Value1 box I would like that the same value "D" is automatically selected on the Value2 box.

Of course without any association...because in a more complex document I have to do this without any association.

I do not write a lot of macros but I think I have a one that may be what you are looking for.

I have created a macro called setfld2 that is triggered on Value1. I have attached a copy of your Test qvw with the new macro.

Take a look at the API Guide.qvw that comes in the documentation folder of the QV installation. It has examples for most of the stuff as well.
