Selection in Slider should affect List Box

Hi,

I have a slider which shows field value 'Time'

And I have a List Box which shows same field 'Time'

Whenver I am selecting Time in List Box ,the slider gets changed perfectly.

I want the reverse case also whenever I am selecting Time in Slider ...The value in list box should be changed with same value...

Any suggestions?

It can be done by selecting discrete & Single value in Slider.I worked it now....

What if my slider is set to select multi values (i.e. to set high and low values)?
