Send to excel error

Today I have done server migration successfully but when I do send to excel for any object then am getting below error.

If you click on "Yes", then excel sheet is coming properly or not?

As you suggest I already specify Alternate Temporary Files Folder Path

in management console

Did you check the disk space.?  Specify "Alternate Temporary Files Folder Path" to other drives (Not C drive)
