Server upgrade issue

Hi All,

Currently we are using QlikView Server Version 12.10 SR1.

Now we are upgrading it to version 12.10 SR8,

after upgradation I am getting this error while opening QMC:

Any reasons behind this?
Please suggest a resolution for this.

Turn of Windows Firewall and try to Access.

What web browser do you use? What is Your OS on the qvserver?

We are using Mozzila Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I am getting the error on both the browsers.
And the OS on our server is Windows10.

ok, what if you add another user, ex Your own Sampada as Qlikview Administrator in qlikview administrators Group and also as a admin account. Will Your user then Access QMC?
