Sorting in Straight tables

I was going through the posts regarding the differences between straight table and pivot table, I want to know what is Interactive sorting that is available in straight table and not in pivot table.

Refer below screen, Stright table has dynamically u can intractive sort (A to Z order or measure low to high)

PS: sort indicator icon (arrow) will be shown in the header of the column, which is at the top of the current column sort order. The direction of the icon indicates whether the column is sorted ascending or descending.
