Hi Shan Dar

Probably the easiest thing is to open the qlikview document on your computer, and see how much memory it is using. Note it will be different to the size of the QVW as the QVW is compressed.

QVD's however, will take up roughly the same space on disk as they do in the document. So if you store your tables as QVD's this is an easy way to see how much they take.

A really handy thing you can do is export a .MEM file from your document - this lists every item, object, table, field etc and you can see how much memory it uses.

If you go into the "general" tab in the document settings there is a button marked "memory statistics". It will prompt to save the file. Open the file in excel to see the memory stats.

Notice how it includes information on the Symbol Table, handy if you are considering using cardinality to optimise the performance of a field!
