I want to build a straight table as per the attached example.
basically I want to be able to see the employee metrics across a certain # of weeks (rolling window) to be able to assess their performance.
Is it possible to do in Qlikview in an easy and quick way?

Are you looking for a Rolling average based on the number of weeks user selects or just view data based on user selection!
That's right. The same metrics, Sales/Hr, UPT and ATV are provided for a 3 weeks period as an example based on the week user selects. Is there an easy way to do that or I need to do a set expression for each week separately?

Firstly, I would suggest you do a crosstable of your data as your weeks are getting added as columns.

Post that you can filter your data in UI based on Sales/UPT/ATV.
The second step is to create a calendar based on the week number to enable better UI selections for user.
