This is beginning to annoy me now!!

Can anyone shed some light on to why my macro's have stopped working whilst using my server access point?

It's not the most complicated of macros...it's a simple message box and then a set conditional show on the outcome, when I use the server version however nothing happens when the button is clicked.

This is close to breaking me!!

Hi, there are some macros an triggers that are not supported by the ajax client, try the plugin or qlikview desktop(open in server) instead.

Unfortunately it needs to be on the server as this is how our customers will access the QVW's

What's the plugin version?

Hey Hi,

Kindly check the Option "Macro OverRide Security" in the Document Settings >> Security Tab

OR

At the Qlikview Management Console, Go to QlikView Server Settings >> Security >> Check "Allow Macro Execution on Server"

Hope this solves your issue...

Thanks for the replies guys...in essence you're all correct, I ended up opening it using the IE Plugin and not the Ajax client.
