Total is not displayed in Pivot table

Hi,

I have an issue, I have created a pivot table and partial sum has been checked for the Cost field. I am not getting the total though i have checked partial sum, i am getting only the label for Total and not the values.

appreciate your help in this.

data's are pulled from database and the size is too big to share. sorry

Hi Prabhu,

make some selections in any of the list boxes and goto File menu -> reduce data -> keep possible values

and can upload the above file

               Do you really want to add Actual + Budget + Variance? This will equal 2*Budget.

Actual, Budget and Variance rows are taken as Valuelist('Actual','Budget','Variance') in dimensions.

so i think valuelist is giving problem.
