Triggering groups

Hi guys,

I'm trying to build a chart with two grouping dimensions : (amount and amount%) and (units and units%).

I'm trying to compare always amount vs units or amount% vs units%. Is there a way to get that with some kind of triggering? As far as I know, you have to do it always manually.

I've attached a dummy example showing what I want :

a workaround could be using button (or text object) and show conditional

These are Expression Groups, of course...

Unfortunately, there is no way to synchronize these groups. You can't even get the current Expression returned by any function (like GetCurrentField for Dimension Groups).

So, in order to achieve your goal, I'd think along the lines of Conditional Expressions and an external switch, like a variable with a drop-down input box...

cheers,
