Qlikview is becoming more popular, but I am having trouble with multiple people trying to log into the application at the same time and this seems to relate to the ticketing. The log file says:

So a ticket has been created for users Qliktest users 1-5, but only Qliktest 1 has been through the process of the ticket lookup, and therefore access Qlikview.
We are using a plugin - generally IE 7-8.
Would anyone know a possible reason why the above could be happening?
