Two colors in one bubble in scatter chart

Hello, guys!

We need to build a scatter chart and show the part of healthy products in each bubble. We know that the easiest way to do that is to overlap two charts, but do you have any other ideas how to show two colors in one bubble?

Please see the atteched example, you can find there cutted data, but we have huge amount of rows, thats why we are searching for the other way how to solve this issue.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Ksenia,

generally, the Scatter chart doesn't allow splitting each bubble into parts, however the Grid chart does. If you can configure a Grid chart to look similar to your Scatter, you can add an extra dimension that would allow paining each symbol like a mini pie chart.

In order to twist the Grid into "sort of" a Scatter, you need to define two calculated dimensions, using the same formulas you used in the Scatter Chart expressions. You also need to add an AGGR() function to enable aggregated functions in the expressions.

See my simplistic and imperfect example in the attached document.

cheers,
