Unable to add or View Named CALs

Dear Experts,

I have added 9 users to named CAL and they were appearing in the Assigned CALs Tab. After few weeks named cal user list disappeared. Although the General section highlights that "Named User CALs: 9 assigned (13 in license)". If I try to add another user, it displays an error message named
"Not found: EntLicenses.Properties.CalInfo.AssignedList.AddAssignedUsers". Please refer to the attached document

Any ideas?

I've encountered the exact same problem. It can be temporarily worked around by deleting all the .pgo files, but it comes back as soon as a user takes a license.

I appears that the cause was that DSC wasn't installed, but I thought that's optional component that's not needed if all users have ordinary (local or local domain) Windows accounts?
