Unable to display 'Yes', 'No', 'Missed' condition in Pivot table

Hi,

I am trying to create Pivot table with simple 'Yes', 'No', 'Missed'  options according to datetime stamp condition.

Something like below:

CodeFormNameInitialVisit1Visit2Visit3Visit4Visit5
1111AAY-YY-Y
1111BB-YYY-Y
2222AAYYYY-Y
2222BBYYYY-Y
3333AAYYYYYY
3333BBYYYYYY

I have only 2 static forms 'AA' and 'BB' and the condition is based on FormSave time....If FormSave Time is there then shoe 'Yes' if timestamp shows 'No'...if both forms timestamp is not there show 'Missed'.

I tried number of ways like loding inline table and then joining to the main table with form name...but it only shows those have formsave time.

Does someone have any idea to resolve this issue? Help appreciated.

Thanks,

Mak

Thanks Vishwarath for your replt.

Say..I have a 2 tables

Table A
CodeInitialActivation TimeVisit1ActivationTimeVisit2ActivationTimeVisit3ActivationTimeVisit4ActivationTimeVisit5ActivationTime
111113/02/201718/02/201720/02/2017--25/02/2017

And

Table B
CodeFormTypeFormSaveTimeVisitName
1111AA13/02/2017Initial
1111BB13/02/2017Initial
1111AA18/02/2017Visit1
1111AA20/02/2017Visit2
1111BB20/02/2017Visit2

And I want to achive something like

Expected.png

But it shows only data which is present ...ex: Visit1 BB form is not displayed..

I want to show missed also.

Thanks,

Hi,

I think I shared whatever I have to replicate for this scenario.

Please do let me know If you or anyone genuinely know how to handle left (inline join) and display Yes/no/Missing options in Qliksense Pivot table?

Honestly, I am loosing level of confidence on QlikSense ...as no expert from QlikTech or anyone know how to handle left join (like SQL) and show conditional yes or no or missing IF condition in QlikSense ...which is bit easy in any other visualization tool or any SQL LEFT JOIN.

If anyone does still know any workaround please help me.

Thanks,

Mak
