Urgent Help

Hi all 

I'm a beginner user of QlikView and i need to do this: ratio between two values (suppose the fileds are called alpha and beta); these values belong to two different years, the current selected year and the prior. So i show you an example:

year      1998      1999

alpha    6              4

beta    2               3

ratio    nothing       2

how can i find the value 2 (i.d. 4/2 ) on the field "ratio" and put all inside a pivot table?

     How are you calculating the 2.

     is it like this.

     alpha of current year / beta of prev year ?
