User not able to see objects on Access Point

Hi,

I have a strange situation, one user who was properly using dashboard till morning is now not able to see any object under some tabs on access point. Tried logout and logged in from different machine.

Same tab is visible from other logins.

I am using windows authentication, no section access.

Please suggest if anyone have had same issue in past.

Hi,

Check if your user can modify this document. Possibly he/she moved/dropped objects somehow.

Check Server objects as well. Try to cancel document changes by clicking "circle back arrow" if it active.

Hi,

That document is not open and it's possible that user would have moved some objects. How can I undo this?

Try clearing the cache in server...

Or restart the QVS service. Just that one.

Clearing server cache worked, but I am monitoring the server performance and I can see for that particular user it's consuming more RAM. I don't know why!!

has he clear the last state of the document ?

Yes user did. Our RAM is very less and continuously that particular user is getting connection lost to server error.

is the user creating server objects ?

is he trying to extract more data that the other user?

are all the objects optimized ?

have you checked under audit what is he getting ?

No user has no rights to create server objects.

Yes, user is extracting more data.

Objects are optimized.

How can I check the audit???
