User not able to see objects on Access Point

Hi,

I have a strange situation, one user who was properly using dashboard till morning is now not able to see any object under some tabs on access point. Tried logout and logged in from different machine.

Same tab is visible from other logins.

I am using windows authentication, no section access.

Please suggest if anyone have had same issue in past.

to check the audit you need go to QMC > System > Setup > QlikviewServers > Logging    and enable the audit option

then you can check under the logs what is the looking or even extracting, if the data set this users is visualizing is bigger than what the other users view, it could due to a timeout

try using his same selections and then check the time his selections take to get calculated (remember about the cache though) and see if you need to increase your timeout configuration
