We can't turn Web view

     we can't turn web view. we have getting ajax script error. we also attached Error message.How to resolve this issue.Kindly advice me.

Hi Sathish,

Its browser issue, but not QV issue. Can you please check whether your browser is supporting XMLDocument objects?

You should check which Service Release your QlikView Desktop is running and which Internet Explorer version. Older QlikView 11.2 service releases does not support Internet Explorer newer versions. The error you get is very often the one you are seeing.

I would recommend to go to the latest QlikView 11.2 SR12 ... it is available as the "free" Personal Edition download and it is super easy to just upgrade inplace in a matter of a couple of minutes - no problems.

we have one more query. we have upgrade my Qlikview Personal Edition.but My older Qlikview can't open in then upgrade  version.

If you upgrade in-place it should not change your access to your previous QlikView QVW-files. So you should not be in danger of locking yourself out. QlikView should be able to regard this as a simple upgrade.
