I have installed Qlikview 11
All services are running fine except webserver.
Webserver doesn't start.
When I checked the log it says :
Service cannot be started. System.Xml.XmlException: The 'GetWebTicket' start tag on line 47 position 6 does not match the end tag of 'Authentication'. Line 50, position 5.

Have a look at this. It worked for me.
After installing the latest Service release the webserver would not start anymore.
I uninstalled the QV Server components and then deleted the WebServer-folder at C:\ProgramData\QlikTech.
After reinstalling everything the webserver service would start as normal.
