What are the Steps to Follow when upgrading from Qlikview 12.10(SR4) to 12.20(SR1)

Can you please let me know what are the essential steps to follow in order to Upgrade my client network from Qlikview 12.10(SR4) to 12.20(SR1) ??

Needed this upgrade to solve the issue with Bookmark corruptions.

AFAIK this applies to an upgrade from any 12.xx version to 12.20IR.
