When do we use Snow Flake schema in Data Model?

Hi Professionals,

Can anyone please tell me when do we use Snow flake schema in our data model

i.e in which situation we have to use Snow flake schema in our data model by refusing star schema?

Usually Snow Flake Schema is only for less number of data sizes where Star Schema is used for vast data volume. And usually we follow the Star Schema

I've tested these

1) Response Time

2) RAM Consumption

3) Script Run Time

4) Complexity Script

And proves Star schema is best for Data model. Still looking for more analyzing about Flexibility Model how confident it is
