calendar year to financial year

hi am trying to change my calendar year to financial year,

and the logic for quarter field I have used is (it has format as q1-2013...…..)

Dual(Text('Q'&Num(Ceil(Num(Month(AddMonths($1,1-vFM)))/3))),Num(Ceil(NUM(Month(AddMonths($1,1-vFM))))/3,'00'))
&'-'& Dual(Text(Year($1)), num(YearStart($1),'00')) as Quarter,

but this code doesn't seems to be working ,can you please help,
