May be something along these lines

(RangeSum(Above(Sum({<Year = {2017}>}NSV), 0, RowNo())) -

RangeSum(Above(Sum({<Year = {2016}>}NSV), 0, RowNo()))) /

RangeSum(Above(Sum({<Year = {2017}>}NSV), 0, RowNo()))

‌if you see excel file  growth wou be some of all the values and cumulative growth would be  p1Ly -p1Ly / p1Ly  and for next is the output of that + p2CY-P2Ly/P2LY and so on till 12 months

I see two year columns. And also it would be easy for me if you could write excel formula to derive the data.

Sorry my formulas are like this ..

columnGrowthCumulative Growth
12PeriodYearGrowthCumulative Growth
13P01201610030%C16-C13/C13
14P0220161200%(C16+C17)-(C13+C14)/(C13+C14)
15P032016110-4%
16P012017130
17P02201790
18P032017130#VALUE!
Basically Ly -Cy/Cy and then for Next period we will add the values in formula.. And it will keep on going.
