how do i represent data count in % on Gauge

Find attached qvw file. i want to prepare 6 gauges to count in % the total number of persons in each directorate.

I attached a version of your app, with the 6 gauges.

count({$<Directorate={CHQ}>} DISTINCT Name) / count(TOTAL DISTINCT Name)

repeat for every Directorate/gauge

what about a simple bar chart?
