how to do it? (map)

hi,

my company want to add to the model a heatmap of the world thet can drill to the level of cities.

my data includes:

city

country

continent

the problem-

my company do not have access  to the internet

and we dont use the web view, we use the view with the plugin

so, how can i add the map?

please help me...

if no internet, we are potentially talking about an internal GIS server. Do you have that?

if you don't have connection to the internet then you won't be able to display the base map of google or street map

if you don't have internet connection the only way to show a base map is with internal gis server

as for displaying an heat map of the countries , you can do it with out internet connection

but you'll need to use web view then , you can use svg extension which will color the countries according to their results

or you can use other extension that are not free like geoqlik

but trying to work with no internet and in plugin mode , i don't think there is a solution
