how to update QVS 11 SR5 to SR13

Register yourself on www.qlik.com as a customer and you'll get access to all available product versions (the web site link is Services->Customer downloads).

The installer comes in platform editions. For example, SR13 (the latest "and greatest" 11.20 release) has three installers: for x86, x64 and for Windows Server 2012 and higher (only 64-bit).
