Hi Rajni,

as in excel i have shown

there are different location code , on which thy have different size items. if the user select location code ,the available sizes on that location get checked .

if there quantity is greater than 0 thn it would show sum(quantity) else 0.

for example

   sizes                      4   5   6    7

no of quantity             1   1   2    4

Thanks!!!

I guess the expression you have mentioned in the attachment is fine. If(size>0,Sum(Quantity),0)

Hi Treseco thanks for reply..

but the requirement is:

for example

location code     size     quantity

101                   6           0

101                    8          1

101                   10         2

102                  6           3

102                  8           2

102                   10        2

output:

since size 6 is not available at 101 so it would show 0 for 101. and at 102 all three sizes are availabe so it would show 3+2+2=7.

Create a Pivot Table and Just go into its properties and select Supress Null Values from Presentation Tab. and Mark Check the Partial Sum.

Sourabh,

It seems that you want to show data for all combinations of Code and Size even if there is no data. If so, you have to work in the script to generate the missing values with zero. For reference you can have a look at :
