Hi,

I am implementing incremental load in my qvd files. All the incremental loads are based on date fields. Some of the tables I would like to load daily, some weekly and some monthly bases

Can someone please tell me how can I define the frequency of the incremental load from the load script. Moreover, I would like to define the frequency, table and incremental load date field from an external file. Is there any example that has imiplemented this

Thanks for the reply. I have some understanding of incremental load and have been using it. The question was more about if we have different tables and we want different frequency of reload for them (one daily incremental load, one weekly) how do we do that.

For example, we have two tables in load script and both are updated daily. However, we want one to be updated daily while the other one updated weekly, how can we modify the incremental load to handle that. Moreover, if we want to read the incremental load parameters from a file, .i.e date field, frequency of load etc, how to do that
