\l command from bat file does not work if there is an opening image?

Hi All

Can someone advise if this is a bug or not? I've got an image set on opening the document until it loads so it tells the user the document is loading (this can be done via Settings>Document Properties>Opening

However I noticed that my bat file load was no longer working and it's caused by this. My bat uses a \l rather than a \r load as there's a macro that triggers after reload,

Attached are basic example of the qvw and bat file (change file loaction in bat file to where you store the qvw). If you run with the image set it opens but does not reload, when you remove the image it reloads OK.

Any suggestions, is this a bug that should be logged with Qliktech? FYI, I'm using QV11.2 SR2
