The trick with the salesforce connector is the user details. Are you using domain users or separate email addresses?

If you are using domain users then you need to have an account for the system user as well as yourself.

Dear David,

Thanks for Reply,

i did not get you point "If you are using domain users then you need to have an account for the system user as well as yourself."

please see the additional details,

The account set up for the Publisher/Distribution service is a "domain" account.

While logging to the publisher server with  "local" account, the manual reload process from salesforce is working fine

when i change The credentials for the Publisher/Distribution service account to my account(local account) and the reload using publisher found to be "working".

your help would be highly appreciated...

Looks like you need to talk to your SalesForce administrator about getting a user account for the QlikView service account.

I tend to request a generic email address is setup as a user (qlikview@yourcompany.com) which is auto-forwarded to your QlikView administrator/s. This email address can then be used for developers and the system account (assuming you only have one Salesforce instance).

I hope that helps.

OK I didn't appreciate that this has been working.

I suggest that you talk to your Salesforce administrator about any changes to the permissions of the system accounts security/connections.

but execution of script goes successful...

dont know where to looks, have tried almost all options...

Many thanks

Yes, to add, when you do this. Check once by logging in to the machine with the domain account and trying the URL, next with the local account same way.

thanks,
