qlikview desktop export to excel doesn't work after upgrade

hi all..

upon upgrade to 2019 April SR3, the excel export doesnt work. I am getting crossed x on the table chart.. any idea?

Do you have any sample output ?

Unless your regional settings are not disturbed in the server then you need to check the Settings file in qliktech folder.

Refer the below link and try in your dev server first.
