"The document failed to load" - but is loading

Hi,

I've got some Windows troubles (server 2012 R2) here - we've upgraded 11.2 to 12 on our dev server. While it's working with some devs I've got the annoying message each time i open an qvw:
"The document xy.qvw failed to load"

-> click ok

"Failed to open document."

-> click ok

Then the document is loading perfectly. Seems like it's a windows parameter problem - cause Qlik itself is working. I'm just getting the two messages everytime is open a file by double click. Open a document directly from QV: no error messages.

What I tried so far:
- Assigned qvw to another program, assigned back to QV 12

- "Look for another app on pc" and re chose QV 12

- Reboot of the server

Any idea?

Again: The qvw itself is working and opened, it's just that I'm getting the messages

Ok I solved the problem:

- Uninstalled QV12

- Reboot

- Installed again

Now it seems solved. Well, at least for most of the documents we have. For some of them the message still appears but is gone after a re-save.

Unfortunately there's no event logged...

I have a faint remembrance of reading a similar case here and that it was caused by wrong respectively missing set configurations about the paths to the various QlikView resources within the user-settings in tab "Speicherorte" (in english probably storages). And that this is the action of QlikView and produced the error-message and after this QlikView ignored it this branch and opened it directly ...
