When using dropdown fields (of multiple dropdown fields) the user can search for a value by typing in a search value.
I have 1 user which can use the dropdownlist but the search by typing doesn't work.
Has anyone had this before?
All our users use the IE Plugin provided by the Citrix server, so all of them use the same.
I solved the issue, but cannot explain why it is solved.
I removed the user from the distribution ... distributed it ... then added the user to the distribution and distributed it ...

Are all users using IE? If yes, check the problem user's install of the QV Plugin.
