showing data quarterly as per max quarter

I am using bar chart.I have below scenarios.

1.I need to show data as per Q4 for all years where Q4 is present.For max year where Q4 is not there I need to show data for Q1,Q2 and Q3 separately on bar chart.

2 .I need to show data as per Q4 for all years where Q4 is present.For max year where Q4 is not there I need to show max quarter  on bar chart.

Please suggest.

Hi Manish,

thanks for response.

this is for one scenario, for other scenario if Quarter 4 is not there i need to show separate bar.

for example for 2015 two bars for Q1 and Q2.

And till 2014 Q4 value for whole year.(only 1 bar because Q4 present)
