text to popup when no records

I have a pivot chart,

thr are some scenarios where, when certain selection is done, thr are no records found in the chart

So i need a text to be poped up stating 'No records for Apr month'

Is this possible?????????

Hi,

Find the attached file. Aug month no records so when you click aug popup text box will appear.

You can configure an Error Message in the object itself.

Let's say you have a pivot table with an expression of sum(Sales).  On the General tab, go to Calculation Condition and add the following expression ...

sum(Sales)>0

... next go to Error Messages button lower down and select 'Calculation condition unfulfilled', change the custom message to something like ...

='No data for ' & GetFieldSelections({fieldname})

its working, i took the wrong field
