upgrade personal edition to full version

I have installed the personal edition, and want to upgrade that to a full version. However, if i deinstall personal edition, en install the full version, after running the program it is still licensed as personal edition. What can I do here ?

Are you using QlikView 9? The Personal Edition and the Full Version are the same thing. To go from Personal to Full, you just need to enter your license info. The executable should be the same for both.
