want to a user to see only a particular document on access point

Hello Everyone,

I want to a user to see only a particular document on access point.i have 2 named users.

i have 2 users QV1 and QV2 .i went in window security removed the users group and administrator for file1for QV1.

At access point i am able to view it for user QV1.

but when i do the same thing for File2 i remove the user ,administrator and add the user Qv2 .the file gets corrupt.

Please help me with this issue.

What do you mean by 'gets corrupt' ?

why not distribute that app to particular user while creating schedule job for it.

using disbution you can allow a users to view one app and another to view other app

you can do one more thing

you can apply NTname level section access to each application

and give access to paticular  users to particular application

Actually i tried thet too.

Section Access;

load * inline [

USER,NTNAME

USER1,DOMAIN\USER1

];

Section Application;

This too didnt work

document properties-> opening -> Intion data reduction based on section access -> check check box

if not then

Section Access;

load * inline [

USER,NTNAME

USER1,DOMAIN\USER1

];

Section Application;

will not works

one more thing you need to define access of users like below

ACCESS,NTNAME

USER,DOMAIN\USER1

];
