where should i download 11.2 SR 12

hello everyone,

As we know Qv 12.00 is released.

1) i want to know difference between Qv 12.00 and 11.2.?

2) where can i download Qv 11.2 SR12. I cannot download from qlik.com, when i register and download. I am getting Qv12.00 but not 11.2...Where can i download 11.2 sr 12?

3) I have developed application in 11.2 Sr 12, if i use is application for further development in Qv 12.00... is everything gets correct or will i face any issues?

Hi sai,

There are a couple of differences and advantages in QlikView 12. Please see this articles:

When you upgrade it will uninstall QlikView 11.2 SR12 and if you have a Reseler Copy Licence for QlikView 11 you'll lose it. You'll need to ask for a new one to your partner.

I'll check where you can download the previous version of QlikView

PS: There is a possibility that QlikView 11.2 SR12 no longer can be download, but I'll check that out.

When i click on download now.. it is downloading QV 12.0

Unless you have good reasons to use an older version, I would recommend you to go for QlikView 12

1) Check the Release notes for this QlikView 12 Initial Release is now available!

2) If you are a customer or partner, you can download it from the Qlik download page, if you can't see it, talk to your account manager to get your license linked to your account. Otherwise, you will only have access to the latest version.

3) QlikView is fully backwards compatible, your applications should work fine under QlikView 12
