Facing slowness while extracting the data from On-prem DB to Azure server

Hi,

Recently we have migrated our QlikView server from on-prem to Azure but our source DB is still on on-prem..... so while extracting the data from On-prem DB to Azure server we are facing slowness in the data load, normally the load should take 4 hours but now it is taking more than 30 hours.

We are using the concept of Incremental load and  we have configured System DSN by the service account and I am using ODBC CONNECT64 to connect to database.

Has anyone faced this before?? Any solution for this?? Please help

Thank in advance

It will all come to how fast the connectivity is between your Azure instance where QlikView software is running and the DB source. Take into account any kind of firewalls, proxies and routers, physical or virtual, the flow will have between QlikView and the DB.

See the differences and talk to the relevant networking teams to make sure you have the best possible connection.
