It's been a while since we are trying to fix the connection issue in Qlik, and even though reading all the blogs from the internet, trying all the workarounds from the experts, changing all the configurations in the server, QMC and also in Qlikdesktop. However, nothing worked for us! The weird part of it is that this issue is appearing also from the accesspoint in the same server!
If someone figured out the solution, or opened a ticket with Qlik and came up with a solution with them, please share and help me overcome this cumbersome

Have you reviewed the QlikView Server Sessions log? What is the "Exit Reason" for the users who experience the Session Lost issue? It would great if you could share the troubleshooting steps you have taken so that we're all aware of what you have already done.

Happens it for all users and all applications in the same way? How long does it take until the re-connection? Since when happens it - were there any changes on the Qlik client/server releases and/or changes to any configurations as well as to the various OS / network settings?
Further did you look within the various Qlik + OS log-files and also monitoring the performance during the access? At least after the first trial & error trouble-shooting is a systematically investigation needed.
