Message: No Server (12.60)

Access point message: No Server
 

Hi I seem to run into some problems when opening Access point. 

When I login on Access Point i get the Message: No Server.

We are upgrading the Qlikview 12.10 to 12.60

I have the following Configuration:

Windows 2016.

Env : Azure.  

 

can i request for technical help.

Yes, the "No Server" message on AccessPoint, means that the QVS is not communicating with the QVWS.  So if the QVS is down due to a forced restart, then it would be expected.

Suggest you start with Qlik Support article QlikView: Organized way to troubleshoot "No Server" error.

Which webserver are you using - QlikView Web Server or IIS?

we are using Qlik web server and not IIS

I really cannot find any strange items in my configuration after looking at the below steps

@venkatkp,

Have you tried replacing the servername with the IP address in the URL for the AccessPoint?  If not, suggest you try that.  Have you reviewed the QVS, QVWS, and QMS logs?  If yes, do you have any questions about specific errors/warnings found there?  If you need direct assistance with this issue, then suggest you open a case with Qlik Support.

I have had crash dumps when I checked yesterday night and the qlik view server attempts to restart auto 

would this specifically related to connection loss between web server and qvs

 But restarting web server is partly recover temporarily
