Hello @Shadows2d,

What is the data source? Are you using the Qlik ODBC connector package or a 3rd party ODBC driver? Do you receive any errors or warnings? If yes, can you post a screen capture?

Suggest that you start with the Qlik Help entry ODBC Connector Package.

Hi @Shadows2d

What is the version of Qlikview Desktop?

The latest versions show a drop down list to select OLE DB or ODBC, after you select ODBC and "Connect" you will see a window requesting to provide user and password for your connection.

It looks like you get to the point when you attempt to connect but seems the connector can't get to the server.

Are you able to ping the server from your local machine?

Could you confirm with your team you are using the correct port ?

Are you using tnsnames file, if so have you verified that is correct?

Hope it helps.
