Qlik ODBC Connector for Oracle - Load optimization settings?

The help menu mentions Load optimization settings like "Enable Bulk Reader" but I do not see any field for this property to be managed anywhere. Do you?

It also mentions "Advanced Options" and offers no clue as to what those options could be. 

Does anyone know?

In case you have not figured out this already here is the bulk reader can be enabled under the Reload Optimization section when creating a database connection.
