I am using QlikView12 personal edition. Is it possible to connect to a Postgres SQL server on a cloud using edit script?

I'm not aware about any restrictions restrictions, when It comes to that.

QlikView Desktop Personal Edition is the full version of QlikView Desktop, just not licensed. So as @Daniele_Purrone stated, there aren’t any likely restrictions that would prohibit connecting to a Postgres database. See article QlikView Desktop Personal Edition FAQ for further details.
