Hi,

we are trying to extract SAP BW time dependent hierarchies with the SAP Extractor connector on QlikView.

It doesn't work.

It is fetching lines, but the Extractor is running and running. (log attached)

Could anyone help?

Hi Ingo,

Please upgrade to the latest version of the Qlik SAP Extractor Connector as bugs have been fixed that relate to this issue.

I've updated to version 6.3.2.

Same result. TRFC gets a timeout.

When I switch to IDOC method it counts the expanded leaves to infinity. ! ! (see profitcenter extract)

Is it possible to attach the connector logs (2016-12-19 11:50 to 2016-12-19 12:54) as well?

Does the issue only happen to 8CSSPCTH ?

How many rows do you expect from 8CSSPCTH ?

Hi Thomas,

for transactional data and master data it works.

It happens for every time dependent SAP BW hierarchy I have tested (3 for now). Non time dependent hierarchies work.

added the last log, which ran via task (4h)

Could it have something to do with link nodes in the BW hier.?
