We are unable to load access point content only for one specific user the access point keeps loading without any content.
Can someone help in this regard?

@vivekocbc Do your Apps on Accesspoint have Section access enabled? If so, it's more than likely this user has not been added to the Section Access table. Also, are you using DMS or NTFS for authorization? I would recommend checking in the QlikView Management Console and make sure that the user has rights to view the documents on the Accesspoint.

In addition to Lucas's questions, has this always occurred for this user? Or were they able to open AccessPoint previously and now cannot?
How is the end user attempting to open the AccessPoint? By going to the default URL - http://server/qlikview ? Or using a shortcut to a specific QVW file hosted on the AccessPoint?
Also, what client are they using - IE Plugin or AJAX? If IE Plugin, is port 4747 open on their computer?
